Accessibility statement

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use Aplara. This statement describes what is in place today and what we know is not yet good enough. We have not yet completed a full accessibility audit, and we do not claim conformance with any accessibility standard.

What is in place

  • Pages declare their language, and the signed-in app has a "skip to content" link.
  • Animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Dialogs keep keyboard focus inside them and return it when they close.
  • Form fields have labels, and buttons that show only an icon have a text name.
  • New replies in the coaching chats, and their loading and error states, are announced to screen readers.
  • Layouts adapt to screen widths from 320 pixels and to browser zoom.

Known limitations

  • Account creation uses a Cloudflare security check. It may be difficult for some assistive technology users.
  • We have not yet completed manual keyboard, colour-contrast or screen-reader testing across the whole service.
  • Some generated documents may need manual formatting before they work well with screen readers.

Ask for an alternative

If you cannot complete the security check, use part of the service, or need information in another format, email support@aplara.com. Tell us what you were trying to do and what would help, and we will work with you on an alternative.
